Responsibilities of Board members include: 
Overseeing activities of the committee chairs and assisting them when necessary; reviewing deed restriction violations and problem solving when these occur; making budgetary and policy decisions to help the association prosper; serving as a point of contact for all city, development and other community issues and voicing neighborhood needs and concerns to these entities; and making sure all homeowners are informed on pertinent issues.
